The rooms and the location are nice. The reception are and entrance are dark and the front desk has a Covid protection that looks very cheap and unprofessional. They have a beautiful restaurant facing the ocean. But instead of using this room they serve breakfast in a an ugly conference room with no windows. I cannot understand. Parking and wifi was free, wifi with decent speeds.
Stopped there for a night. Nice hotel with great view on the Gulf of Mexico. A bit remote so have to go through Coatzacoalcos to get there but along the malecon so you get a nice view. Restaurant is very good and service as well. 1368 MXN so affordable for an hotel of this quality
The rooms are nice and quiet and dark. There is a good view of the beach and mountains. The room has air conditioning and a large TV, coffee pot and wifi. I didn't have hot water the first day. Unfortunately the beach is very dirty and full of trash. The pool was clean and not too cold even with a strong sea breeze. The food at the restaurant was good. You have to take a taxi to most places.
Perfect location for business travelers, 15 minutes in a taxi gets you to the airport in Minatitlán. The lobby staff will call the cab for you. They seem to be short of bath towels, hence the 4 stars.

The Hotel is on the sea shore but beach is quite dirty. The rooms are clean and restaurant serves good breakfast and meals. I think it is the best Hotel in Quatzalcualco but don't expect too much.
2 bedroom was about $75. Its located right by the beach. First came here 6 years ago, and it was nicer. Today, it needs some updating. Linen and towels looked worn. Call the front desk for taxi service. Room was clean. Fast internet.
Rooms, service & location is excellent. Please consider reception desk & lobby air conditioning fixed, and temporary fans like Mina airport need to be installed.
